Even other types of grapes are used in the preparation of wine. It is then fermented without sugars, enzymes, acids, water, or other nutrients. It has been consumed for its intoxicating effects throughout history. Preparation of wine is very easy and there are many home vintners available. Wine has also been playing an important role in the religion in which red wine is the most often consumed drink. Different varieties of grapes and the strains of the yeasts will produce different styles of wine. The flavors and aromas of the wine are diverse and it ranges from fruity to herbal and oak. Wine contains small traces of almonds, bacon, chocolate, cherry, and vanilla and there are even more options to drink wine.
