National Clean Your Virtual Desktop Day is celebrated every year on the third Monday of October and this year it will be celebrated on 16th October. Few people have neat, tidy, and well-organized desktops and some people have untidy desktops if you are one of that kind then this is a day to think back to when your computer was clean and the desktop was neatly well organized. This day was first celebrated around the world in the year 2010.
“Organizing is what you do before you do something so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up” – A. A. Milne.
History of National Clean Your Virtual Desktop Day
Clean Your Virtual Desktop Day was created by PCMuseum.ca to motivate people to neatly organize their desktops and return them to that perfect vision they received when they initially booted up their computers. A clean and organized desktop has been said to be a sign of an organized mind. The cluttered and unorganized desktop will slow down your computer, and it makes finding files very hard to take this day as an opportunity to clean and organize your desktop so that you can work easily on your computer.
