History of National Ceviche Day

This day is celebrated in Peru every year as this dish is deep-rooted in the nation’s heritage. This dish is now famous all around America and has been on menus in the United States since 1980. Whereas each country has its variation of this dish. This seafood dish also holds the credit of making the Peruvian dish famous all over the world.
