History of National Milk Chocolate Day
National Milk Chocolate Day is found be created by the National Confectioners Association. The reason for the creation of the day is unknown. However, milk chocolate itself was first established as a drink in the mid of 19th century in Germany. It was first made in the bar by Swiss chocolatier Daniel Peter in collaboration with Henri Nestle in the year 1875. Daniel Peter created the first recipe for milk chocolate and called the dish gala meaning from the milk. This day celebrates the old and classic milk chocolate.
