The Brisket Day encourages all of us to explore this cut and the taste it has to offer us. The brisket muscles include both the superficial and deep pectorals. The cooking of the Brisket can be done in many ways, like baking, boiling, and roasting. However, cooking brisket to tenderness at any of the methods needs some patience. Thus it needs to be slow-cooked for a long time.
