International Aura Awareness Day is celebrated every year on the 4th Saturday in November, and this year, International Aura Awareness Day is celebrated on the 25th of November. An aura is an energy or quality emerging from a human or thing. International Aura Awareness Day is observed annually to create awareness about the human aura and how the mental and physical health of people affect their auras. Our auras can provide a lot of welfare in our lives, as they are mostly responsible for staying healthy and happy.
“The aura given out by a person or object is as much a part of them as their flesh” – Lucian Freud.
History of International Aura Awareness Day
In the year 2002, International Aura Awareness Day was created, but the creator of the day is still unknown. It was established to raise awareness about auras and the leading role that these auras play in being healthy and happy. The ideas about the aura have been available in Indian religions for ages. Likewise, the flag colors of Buddhists are those of Buddha’s understanding of the aura. These shining bodies of light called auras have been acknowledged for millennia to survive in all living things. A Damaged and dark aura is usually a warning sign of all kinds of physical and mental problems. To improve your physical and psychological health, take at least one day in a year to examine your aura. To maintain good health, you want to take care of your energy field daily by doing meditations or prayers.
